HR Coordinator – Hybrid (Thornhill, ON)

About the role

WellnessLiving is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to support day‑to‑day HR operations in a hybrid work environment. You will be the go‑to person for employees, candidates, and new hires, ensuring smooth administrative processes and a positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide confidential support to employees, answering HR‑related questions promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and documentation within the HRIS, complying with company policies and legislation.
• Prepare, track, and organize HR documents, forms, reports, and communications.
• Assist with recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking.
• Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre‑employment requirements.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve the candidate experience and employer branding.
• Support onboarding sessions, meetings, and other HR programs that enhance the overall employee experience.

Required skills
