About the role
Join Boucherie Fortin inc. as a dedicated butcher in a busy grocery environment. You will work with a variety of meats, fish and shellfish, delivering high‑quality cuts to meet customer demands.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and prepare meats, poultry, fish and shellfish for processing.
- Cut carcasses, sides, quarters and special customer‑requested cuts.
- Remove bones and portion poultry into parts.
- Supervise and train other butchers, meat cutters and fishmongers.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Availability for morning, evening, day and weekend shifts.
