Global Economic Intelligence Director – Product Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Global Economic Intelligence Director to lead product management for its Economic Intelligence Program. The role will shape product strategy, drive go‑to‑market execution, and partner with economists, data scientists, and consultants to deliver actionable economic insights to clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the strategic plan for positioning Economic Intelligence solutions globally.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap from concept through large‑scale deployment.
• Define execution standards and feedback loops to sustain continuous innovation.
• Coordinate with sales, regional teams, and execution functions to enable regionalization while adhering to global standards.
• Monitor performance against budget and financial targets.
• Collaborate with regional leads to evaluate initiatives that meet local financial objectives.
• Identify and prioritize client needs for new solutions.

Required profile

• Strong technical fluency in economics, statistics, and data‑science concepts.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams of data scientists and engineers.
• Familiarity with economics consulting and data‑product offerings.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and time zones.
