Front Store Supervisor (Part‑Time, Full Availability)

About the role

We are looking for a Front Store Supervisor to lead the customer‑service team at a locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store. This part‑time role requires full availability and focuses on cash handling, merchandising, loss‑prevention, and maintaining a welcoming environment for shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer service functions, including cash registers, cashiers and merchandising.
• Ensure cashier and merchandising staff comply with store policies and receive proper training.
• Implement loss‑prevention standards, oversee daily cash office inventory and cashier tracking.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues such as refunds and exchanges, and promote the CSI Survey.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves with proper product rotation and set up product displays as directed.
• Uphold housekeeping, health and safety standards, and perform clerical or banking duties as needed.
• Perform cashier duties when required and adhere to all store and loss‑prevention policies.
