Fashion Designer – Creative Collections

About the role

Simons is looking for a passionate Designer to shape inspiring, exclusive collections for its flagship stores. You will translate trend insights into distinctive pieces that reflect the brand’s identity while meeting the commercial needs of a sophisticated clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth research on current and future fashion trends and interpret them through a commercial lens.
• Develop and present trend materials, new fabrics, finishes, treatments, and trims within budget constraints.
• Collaborate closely with the buying team throughout the product creation process.
• Create technical drawings and detailed tech packs for exclusive collection items.
• Partner with technical designers during fittings, providing constructive feedback.
• Work with production to align manufacturing capabilities with quality standards, optimizing timelines and value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, graphic design, product design, or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with production, buying, and sourcing teams.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and receive feedback constructively.
• Curiosity about fashion history and emerging trends.
• Capacity to perform under pressure and adapt to tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
