About the role

We are seeking a Family Practitioner/General Practitioner to join a well‑established family practice and busy walk‑in clinic that has served the community for over 20 years. The position offers the flexibility to start as a locum and transition to a permanent role within a supportive group of eight physicians.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care, from treating minor injuries to managing chronic diseases.
• Participate in walk‑in clinic operations and ensure high‑quality patient experiences.
• Collaborate with a long‑standing team of physicians and medical office assistants.
• Utilize the Med Access electronic medical record system for documentation and billing.
• Offer virtual consultations as needed and be available on alternate Saturdays.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Family Practitioner or General Practitioner.
• Commitment to patient‑centered care and community health.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, high‑volume environment.
• Flexibility to start on a locum basis and consider a permanent position.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Med Access EMR system.
