Family & General Practitioner – New Aldergrove Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a Family Practitioner/General Practitioner to join our brand‑new clinic in Aldergrove, which includes an attached pharmacy. You will work alongside a dynamic group of 12 young physicians delivering full‑service outpatient care and part‑time inpatient care, with the flexibility to shape your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in a walk‑in and scheduled clinic setting.
• Participate in the After Hours Coverage Program to ensure continuous patient access.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including MOA support, to deliver cost‑effective and efficient care.
• Utilise clinic EMR systems (Oscar, Juno) for documentation, billing, and patient management.
• Optionally conduct virtual consultations using Cortico and AI tools.

Required profile

• Medical degree with a valid licence to practice family medicine in Canada.
• Experience in outpatient primary care, with interest in part‑time inpatient responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule and virtual care modalities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oscar EMR.
• Proficiency with Juno EMR.
• Familiarity with Cortico virtual‑care platform.

What we offer

• Compensation ranging from $300,000 to $400,000 CAD, based on experience.
