About the role
Cleantech Service Group is looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Facility Caretaker to keep its gym and swimming‑pool club in North Vancouver clean, safe and well‑maintained.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming presence for gym users and act as the first point of contact.
- Clean and store equipment after use, and keep locker and shower rooms tidy.
- Educate members on facility rules and guidelines.
- Verify that the pool and hot tub are operational and clean.
- Perform a security sweep, confirm the facility is vacant at closing, and submit end‑of‑day photos.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills for daily reporting and digital systems.
