About the role
The Executive Assistant provides senior‑level support to the Chief Legal Officer and the Technology, Operations and Corporate leadership team. Working in a highly regulated environment, the role acts as a trusted advisor, enabling strategic initiatives while managing complex priorities with discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, book rooms and coordinate resources for senior executives.
- Lead planning, coordination and execution of department events and stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare and maintain regular and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards and data analyses for strategic initiatives.
- Oversee budget tracking, monitor spend against forecasts and produce financial summaries.
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building effective relationships.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.
- Coach and mentor junior administrative assistants, fostering capability development.
- Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring easy access to business and operational documents.
Required profile
- Proven experience providing executive‑level administrative support in a regulated or legal environment.
- Strong judgment, discretion and the ability to operate independently.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on data‑driven insights.
- Effective relationship‑management and communication abilities.
- Capacity to handle multiple high‑priority tasks and adapt to changing demands.
