Eastern Region Project Coordinator – Montreal

About the role

Linde is seeking an Eastern Region Project Coordinator to support the safe, reliable and efficient operation of its Air Separation, Carbon Dioxide and VPSA plants across Quebec. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead large‑scale project planning and execution with a focus on productivity, process efficiency and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high reliability of Linde’s plant fleet throughout Quebec.
• Establish, prioritize and translate business requirements into project plans.
• Manage project delivery, communication, financials and timelines.
• Guarantee compliance with health, safety and governmental regulations.
• Provide technical expertise to plant operations and instrumentation technicians.
• Lead or participate in cross‑functional teams and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Conduct equipment analyses and maintain knowledge of maintenance and operating procedures.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree in management, maintenance management, engineering, industrial mechanics or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience in industrial project management, equipment maintenance or related field.
• Experience with budget management and supervising staff is an asset.
• PMP or PMI certification preferred.
