Director of Marketing

About the role

Rodan Energy is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Director of Marketing to build and scale a modern marketing function. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you will own brand, content, performance marketing, PR, and analytics while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals and serve on the corporate leadership team.
• Define and elevate Rodan’s brand voice across all channels; lead content strategy for thought leadership, webinars, case studies, PR, and social.
• Own a multi‑channel demand‑generation engine (email, digital, paid, events, partnerships) and drive booked meetings as a core KPI.
• Build measurement frameworks to track ROI, funnel performance, CAC, LTV, and attribution.
• Optimize the marketing tech stack and implement scalable campaign processes.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and external consultants.

Required profile

• Proven B2B marketing leader with experience scaling early‑stage companies (Seed to Series B/C).
• Analytical mindset with ability to shape and communicate compelling narratives.
• Background in journalism, PR, or content creation is a strong asset.
• Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑accountability environments.
