Director, National Logistics

About the role

The Director, National Logistics will lead Dynacare’s logistics function across Canada, driving transformation, operational excellence and sustainable growth. This senior leadership position reports to senior management and is responsible for aligning logistics strategy with the company’s mission to become a national leader in laboratory services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full national scope of logistics operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement scalable synergies, standardized methodologies and innovative technologies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards across all logistics activities.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence and sustainable growth.
• Inspire, develop and manage high‑performing teams, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Communicate vision clearly, influence stakeholders at all levels and build strong cross‑functional partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in logistics, supply chain or transportation management.
• Strong track record of leading large‑scale transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Deep understanding of compliance, safety and governance requirements in a regulated environment.
• People‑focused mindset with the ability to develop and retain talent.

Required skills

• Logistics Management Systems (LMS) and related technology platforms.
