DevOps Engineer – Remote Contract (10‑40 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy and manage scalable cloud and on‑premises solutions on a part‑time contract basis. The role is fully remote, offering 10‑40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud and on‑premises infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor system and network performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure maximum uptime.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Implement and maintain robust security practices and compliance standards across environments.
• Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to support CI/CD pipelines and application deployments.
• Create comprehensive documentation and deliver clear, effective written and verbal communication to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Expert‑level experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong background in networking, storage, and virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Deep understanding of containers and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Advanced troubleshooting and incident response capabilities.

What we offer
