Data and Reporting Analyst

About the role

This position is part of RBC's Data Intelligence team, focused on turning strategic data assets into automated solutions and insightful analytics. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, building data pipelines, dashboards, and AI‑driven prototypes to support digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to generate insights and visualizations.
• Design and implement automated data workflows using Python, including data quality validation.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and other reporting solutions.
• Explore and recommend technology options for data automation and reporting.
• Document procedures to promote enterprise‑wide adoption.
• Create AI proof‑of‑concepts to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Proven ability to create and enhance reports with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Hands‑on experience extracting, transforming, and loading data using Python and SQL.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
