About the role

As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the face of the branch in LaSalle, delivering personalized service that helps customers reach their financial goals. The role combines transaction processing, relationship building and the promotion of digital banking tools in a part‑time contract setting.

Key responsibilities

• Process day‑to‑day banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build and nurture long‑standing relationships with branch customers.
• Identify and act on simple sales opportunities to meet branch targets.
• Introduce clients to mobile and self‑service banking applications and assist them in using these tools.
• Listen proactively to understand customer needs and provide clear, simple explanations of complex concepts.
