About the role

The Controller will lead Alimentiv’s accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across a complex, multi‑entity global organization. Reporting to the CFO, this senior position oversees the full accounting cycle, ERP system management, and compliance with tax and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage month‑end and year‑end close processes, including consolidations, journal entries, reconciliations and preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Review and sign off financial data prepared by the accounting team, identifying and correcting discrepancies before distribution.
• Lead the preparation of audit, regulatory and governance schedules and ensure timely delivery of required documentation.
• Monitor close timelines, resolve bottlenecks and enforce accounting policies and internal controls.
• Own the ERP platform, handling system administration, configuration, and continuous improvement to support accounting operations.
• Oversee payables, receivables and procurement processes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and audit standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading accounting functions in a multi‑entity, global environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage month‑end and year‑end close cycles and produce accurate financial statements.
• Experience acting as functional owner of an ERP system.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on internal controls and risk mitigation.
