Condominium Portfolio Manager – West GTA

About the role

Maple Ridge Community Management is seeking a Condominium Portfolio Manager to oversee a residential portfolio in the West GTA. You will act as the primary liaison for owners, boards, and contractors while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential (and occasional commercial) properties.
• Prioritize and execute business projects and emergency tasks promptly.
• Oversee contracts, contractors, and project timelines.
• Prepare meeting agendas, lead meetings (including occasional evenings), and record accurate minutes.
• Administer financial duties: budgeting, expense analysis, invoice coding, and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years condominium management experience.
• At least 2 years experience with reciprocal and shared agreements.
• Strong knowledge of the Condominium Act, insurance, and board relations.
• Ability to read and interpret bylaws, statutes, and technical procedures.
• Possession of a Condominium Management General or Limited License.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
