Computer Technician – Onsite IT Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Computer Technician to join our onsite IT team. In this role you will ensure that employees have reliable access to computer networks, servers and business applications while providing timely support for technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Grant and manage access to computer networks and related resources.
• Monitor and report on the performance of systems and network infrastructure.
• Respond to user‑reported difficulties, providing troubleshooting and resolution.
• Install and configure hardware, operating systems, software and cabling for employee workstations.
• Perform web‑server backup and recovery operations.
• Deliver customer‑focused service and manage incident tickets.

Required profile

• College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience in IT.
• 2 to less than 3 years of hands‑on experience in computer support.
• Bilingual communication skills; Spanish is an asset.
• Information Systems Professional (ISP) certification is preferred.
