About the role
Atria Senior Living is seeking a Community Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across its senior living communities. The role focuses on generating and converting leads through a mix of phone outreach, face‑to‑face networking, and on‑site events.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve revenue targets by executing lead‑generation and conversion activities.
- Develop relationships with prospects via telephone, in‑person meetings, networking events, and community gatherings.
- Attend local events and travel within the market to support lead‑generation initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and produce regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with community teams to align sales efforts with resident needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Minimum two years of direct sales experience with a proven record of meeting goals.
- Strong persuasive problem‑solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and compliance with company vehicle policy.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tracking systems.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
