About the role
We are seeking a motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our community pharmacy team. The role places clinical practice at the heart of daily operations, allowing you to deliver patient‑centered care, expand clinical services, and collaborate closely with healthcare providers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient counseling and medication therapy management.
- Deliver clinical services including vaccinations and prescribing where authorized.
- Conduct follow‑up consultations to monitor treatment outcomes.
- Participate in collaborative practice agreements with physicians and other health professionals.
- Support the development and implementation of new pharmacy services.
Required profile
- Strong interest in clinical pharmacy and patient care.
- Professional, proactive, and patient‑oriented attitude.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic community pharmacy environment.
- Enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of innovative services.
