Clinic Nurse (RN/RPN) – Full‑time, 12‑hour shifts

About the role

Closing the Gap Healthcare is seeking a full‑time Clinic Nurse (RN or RPN) to provide comprehensive nursing care in a fast‑paced clinic and community setting across the GTA. You will work 12‑hour shifts with alternating weekends, delivering client‑centric care and advocating for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of nursing services including simple, surgical, complex and chronic wound care, intravenous therapy, diabetes management support, CVAD and drain care.
• Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment to develop and adjust client treatment plans.
• Document all client information, treatment updates, and care plans accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality, holistic care.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as an RN or RPN.
• Experience in home care or community health preferred.
• Strong documentation and time‑management abilities.
• Professional membership (CNA, RNAO, WeRPN) preferred; advanced certifications (NSWOCC, IIWCC, SWAN, CVAA) are assets.
