Client Advisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

As a Client Advisor for Fendi at Holt Renfrew, you will deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales in a high‑end fashion environment. You will build lasting relationships with clients, understand their needs, and tailor their in‑store experience to reflect the prestige of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets and critical client‑advisor metrics.
• Develop and maintain client books, follow up on inquiries, and use in‑house clienteling tools.
• Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
• Maintain visual standards and participate in store stocking and visual merchandising.
• Accurately operate the POS system and update the customer database.
• Uphold Fendi dress code, grooming standards, and loss‑prevention policies.
• Support opening/closing duties and lead morning team meetings when needed.
• Participate in training new advisors and attend monthly team meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience.
• Strong results‑driven mindset and goal orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 10 lb.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions.
• Strong digital literacy for using clienteling and sales software.
