Business Document Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Business Document Analyst to work remotely with our AI‑driven platforms. In this role you will ensure that AI‑generated business deliverables meet the high standards expected by Fortune 500 and consulting environments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with AI systems to execute complex business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Evaluate, critique, and provide structured feedback on AI‑generated outputs across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
• Design and test realistic business scenarios that mirror current professional workflows, including analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
• Review AI outputs for precision, business relevance, and adherence to top‑tier quality standards.
• Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to cross‑functional teams to drive continuous AI improvement.
• Annotate, document, and escalate recurring issues to ensure AI systems consistently meet user needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
• Proven mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for creating polished, professional business deliverables.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to critically assess and provide clear, constructive feedback.
