About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Abbotsford, BC. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive growth by building relationships with prospective and existing clients and leading sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
- Conduct market research and support strategic business planning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and launch campaigns that increase brand awareness and sales.
- Lead sales initiatives and contribute to expanding Pavilion Business Services’ market presence.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development, client relationship management and negotiation.
- Strong background in market research, strategic planning and sales/marketing strategy execution.
- Excellent organizational, communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Prior experience in mergers and acquisitions or business consulting is advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
