About the role
Atlas is seeking a high‑energy Business Development Associate to create and grow new B2B insurance software channels for its AI platform. You will work directly with the founders in an early‑stage environment, shaping outbound strategies and translating complex AI value into clear business benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute outbound sequences targeting senior decision‑makers.
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify opportunities and separate real prospects from noise.
- Collaborate with founders to refine the ideal customer profile (ICP) and messaging based on market feedback.
- Leverage modern prospecting tools such as Clay and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to automate repetitive tasks.
- Develop and iterate outbound workflows from scratch, providing accurate revenue forecasts.
Required profile
- Bias for action with a results‑driven mindset.
- Grit and adaptability to thrive in early‑stage sales challenges.
- Experience designing outbound frameworks and full‑cycle sales processes.
- Strong communication skills to convey AI concepts in concise business terms.
- Proven track record in the insurance industry and at a tech or AI startup, meeting or exceeding KPIs.
