About the role
Join Bosch Rexroth Canada as a Bilingual Customer Experience Intern and support the sales fulfillment process for key accounts. You will work closely with internal teams and external plants to ensure customers receive their materials on time and with the right quality.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain designated key customer accounts and manage all order‑fulfillment requirements.
- Enter, confirm, and manage sales orders, aligning forecasts with production plans.
- Resolve order issues related to pricing, delivery, quality, and quantity in collaboration with internal sales.
- Conduct regular touchpoints with customers to discuss planning, lead times, escalations, and phase‑in/phase‑out activities.
- Support continuous improvement of the customer experience to drive satisfaction and sales growth.
Required profile
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple internal departments and external partners.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant post‑secondary program (e.g., Business, Engineering, Supply Chain).
