About the role
Join Tim Hortons in Vancouver as a baker, preparing a variety of baked goods for our customers. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring high quality and consistency in every product.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, muffins, cookies, and cakes according to recipes or special orders.
- Bake mixed doughs and batters, and operate bakery machinery safely.
- Frost and decorate cakes and other baked items.
- Draw up production schedules and manage special orders.
- Inspect kitchen and food‑service areas to maintain quality standards.
Required profile
- Client‑focused with strong judgement.
- Reliable and able to work well in a team.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
- At least 1 – 2 years of bakery experience.
Required skills
- Prepare dough and batters.
- Operate bakery machinery.
