Architectural Project Manager – GTA

About the role

6ixDesign Architects Inc. is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary projects in the Greater Toronto Area. You will oversee projects from concept through permitting and construction, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept through permit acquisition and construction phases.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP consultants.
• Lead client meetings and municipal coordination efforts.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Review drawing packages and maintain quality control.
• Support construction administration and on‑site coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of architectural project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and local approval processes.
• Proficiency in Revit and construction documentation.
• Experience with commercial, residential, or mixed‑use projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
