Architect – Design & Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Architect to lead the design and execution of building projects. The role involves close collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that architectural solutions meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Award construction contracts to building contractors.
• Consult with clients to define the type, style, and purpose of renovations or new constructions.
• Generate detailed building plans and drawings for use by contractors and tradespersons.
• Participate in contract negotiations and prepare structural and material documentation.
• Supervise the preparation of specifications, drawings, and other construction documents.
• Conceptualize and design buildings, developing plans that outline design specifications, materials, costs, and schedules.
• Prepare sketches and physical or digital models.
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses of building projects.
• Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with specifications.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2 to less than 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction.
• Fluent English language skills.
