Analyst – People Intelligence

About the role

Join Leadership Connect Canada’s Data Team as an Analyst focused on people intelligence. You will collect, develop, and analyze data to ensure the accuracy and relevance of our core data assets, supporting sales enablement and customer collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive data collection, development, and analysis with a focus on precision and accuracy.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of key entities within the People Intelligence data product to maintain current and accurate information.
• Apply data analysis techniques to identify patterns, derive insights, and spot data quality discrepancies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess data quality and develop workflows that improve data completeness.
• Operate in an agile environment, facilitating interactions between subject‑matter experts and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with an interest in people intelligence.
• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis and statistical research.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project‑management skills.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication across teams.
• Proficiency in sophisticated web‑based research.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or comparable data‑management systems.
• Practical knowledge of data‑analytics tools such as PowerBI or QuickSight is a plus.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $40,000–$55,000 CAD per year.
