About the role
Bmobile Inc. is seeking a full‑time Account Manager to ensure client satisfaction through strong relationship building, account oversight, and delivery of tailored solutions. The role operates in a hybrid environment, balancing on‑site collaboration with remote work flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate account records and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing strategy.
- Results‑oriented mindset with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting.
- Prior experience in sales and telecommunications is a plus.
