Technical Product Manager (AI) – Docs to Data

About the role

We are seeking an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver high‑value AI Agent solutions across the Veeva Quality Cloud suite. In this role you will be an expert in using AI to analyze document content, intelligently extract information and map it as structured data within the Veeva Quality Cloud data model (Docs to Data).

Key responsibilities

• Hands‑on design and development of AI agents focused on ‘Docs to Data’ across the Veeva Quality Cloud.
• Design and deliver production AI Agent applications including data flow, orchestration, and prompts.
• Work with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI.
• Assist with AI Agent evaluations.
• Present feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience, with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications.
• Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
• Coding skills in Python and hands‑on experience with AI frameworks and APIs.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with engineering, UX design, and product teams.
• Excellent communication skills to work with non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with little direct supervision.
• Must be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone.
• Must be able to travel up to 20%.
