Team Leader, Transcripts

About the role

The Team Leader, Transcripts will supervise a group of analysts and editors responsible for transcribing and editing conference call transcripts. You will ensure that the team delivers high‑quality content quickly and aligns its work with AlphaSense’s broader product goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10‑15 analysts/editors, providing coaching and fostering collaboration.
• Set clear performance expectations, goals, and provide the resources and training needed.
• Monitor productivity, speed, and content quality; give regular feedback and recognize achievements.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues, resolving conflicts promptly.
• Collaborate with the team manager and product managers to align objectives.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing a similar sized team.
• Strong understanding of team dynamics and ability to motivate members.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in content production, transcription, or editing environments.
