About the role
The Supply Attendant works under the supervision of the Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor at St. Boniface Hospital. This position ensures that patient care areas are stocked with the necessary supplies while maintaining accurate records and supporting the hospital’s mission and values.
Key responsibilities
- Check, pick up, and stock all supplies in patient care areas according to established quotas.
- Record and charge out supplies issued to various departments.
- Clean and maintain supply carts and shelving units.
- Assist with inventory control and perform related duties as assigned.
- Support the distribution services team in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Required profile
- Grade 12 or recognized equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Capability to walk/stand throughout an entire shift.
- Ability to move and manipulate full supply carts and lift moderately heavy objects.
- Commitment to follow safety protocols and complete required background checks.
