Senior Software Engineer in Test

About the role

At Replicant, the Senior Software Engineer in Test will lead quality engineering for our voice AI platform, shaping how quality is defined, measured, and built into the product from the start.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical authority for quality engineering, defining standards and driving execution across teams.
• Raise the technical bar for AI‑enabled QA engineers through mentorship, code reviews, and pairing.
• Build AI‑driven testing workflows and automation frameworks to deliver scalable validation.
• Own the quality feedback loop from internal testing, customer A/B experiments, and bug triage.
• Partner with Product and Engineering early to improve testability and embed quality in requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SDET or quality engineering experience in complex software systems.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
• AI‑native approach to quality, leveraging AI for faster, broader coverage.
• Experience influencing cross‑functional teams on shared quality standards.
• Ability to use data and metrics to evaluate quality and communicate trends.
