Senior Procurement Specialist

As a Procurement Specialist, you will drive strategic sourcing, manage complex negotiations, and oversee contract lifecycles to ensure value, efficiency, and compliance across the entire organization.

Main Missions

• Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including intake, sourcing, negotiations, and contract management.
• Lead sourcing activities for diverse categories such as Technology, Professional Services, and other indirect spend areas.
• Evaluate supplier proposals, pricing, and contractual terms to ensure optimal value and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance to ensure continuous service excellence.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and legal standards throughout the procurement process.

Profile Required

• Experienced procurement professional with a proven track record in category management.
• Detail-oriented professional with a strong commercial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive, solution-oriented individual capable of managing diverse categories and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, being present in our Burnaby or Toronto hubs at least two days per week during "Anchor Days".
