Senior DevOps Engineer (10+ Years Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Vancouver. In this critical role, you will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of robust CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructures to accelerate our software delivery lifecycle and enhance engineering efficiency.

Main Missions

• Design, implement, and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment processes.
• Architect and manage cloud-based infrastructures, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Automate complex workflows and system processes to improve development speed and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to refine tools, systems, and data security procedures.
• Implement and maintain GitOps practices, branching strategies, and zero-downtime deployment models.
• Monitor system health and performance through advanced observability and logging solutions.

Profile Required

• Over 10 years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Engineering roles.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale cloud environments, specifically AWS.
• Strong background in automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), and container orchestration.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, security, and cost optimization.

Technical Skills

• Cloud & Orchestration: AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform.
• CI/CD & Automation: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Maven, Make, Nexus Repository, Git.
• Monitoring & Observability: DataDog, Splunk.
• Scripting & OS: Python, Bash, GNU/Linux.
