Join a global leader in professional services for the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Camp and Travel Coordinator to support our large-scale project in Saskatchewan, ensuring seamless logistics and administrative excellence.

Missions principales

• Coordinate and manage all travel logistics, including flight and bus bookings for personnel and subcontractors.
• Oversee camp accommodations and manage weekly camp occupancy forecasting.
• Facilitate and monitor site induction requirements to ensure compliance and readiness.
• Provide high-level administrative support to Site Managers and Project Managers.
• Manage documentation, including database maintenance, report printing, and filing systems.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders and subcontracting partners.

Profil recherché

• 5 to 7 years of proven experience in travel coordination specifically within the construction or industrial sector.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and repetitive operational environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle and be able to perform desk-based tasks for extended periods.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel).
• Expertise in logistics planning and travel management software.
