Security Guard – Full‑time Shift (Calgary)

About the role

BRAVO SECURITY SERVICES LTD. is seeking a full‑time Security Guard for permanent employment in Calgary, AB. The role involves working on a variety of sites – from retail stores and construction sites to hotels and public events – and requires flexibility to cover early‑morning, evening, night and on‑call shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas and monitor premises using audio‑video surveillance systems.
• Recommend and consult on security systems and alarm installations for residential and commercial clients.
• Produce detailed incident and evidence reports after investigations.
• Prevent and detect shoplifting, theft and other security breaches in retail environments.
• Conduct fire‑safety inspections and mobile stake‑out operations as needed.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation (high‑school) or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of relevant security experience.
• Valid Security Guard License, CPR, First Aid and WHMIS certificates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, reliability and punctuality.
