Sales and Service Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Sales and Service Technician to join our Mississauga team, providing pest inspections and treatments for residential and commercial clients. The role combines field work, customer education, and sales opportunities in a fast‑growing pest‑control business.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site inspections of homes, restaurants, food plants, warehouses and office buildings.
• Determine and apply the most effective pest‑control treatments based on inspection findings.
• Provide customers with clear recommendations and brief education on preventative measures.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow‑up documentation.
• Drive a company‑provided vehicle to service locations and manage travel expenses.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence.
• Eligibility for professional liability insurance.
• Basic security clearance (criminal record check).
• Authorization to work in Canada.
• Provincial pesticide applicator licence preferred but not required.
