About the role

As a Performance Strategy Senior Associate you will turn analytical insights into tangible business results for large companies across North America. The role blends deep analysis with hands‑on implementation, working directly with clients from the shop floor to the C‑suite.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients on‑site to implement process improvements, supply‑chain optimisation and back‑office transformations.
• Travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time) to heavy‑industry, construction and mining sites.
• Work alongside client teams to translate recommendations into measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or MBA with a distinction average; 5+ years of professional experience.
• Up to 6 years of commercial experience is desirable.
• Strong English communication skills and willingness to travel extensively.
• Community, sporting or volunteering experience is valued.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• PowerPoint for creating client‑focused presentations.
• Analytical abilities and general mathematical modelling.
• Experience in natural‑resources or operations consulting is a plus.
