Part‑Time Dairy Production Worker

About the role

Join Saputo’s Abbotsford facility as a part‑time dairy production worker, supporting cheese manufacturing in a clean, safe environment. You’ll work on a rotating shift schedule, contributing to the production line while gaining on‑the‑job training.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment used in cheese manufacturing, following food‑safety procedures.
• Perform manual lifting, stacking and pulling of items up to approximately 50 lb.
• Use an electric pallet jack and other material‑handling equipment.
• Set up, takedown and sanitize equipment and work areas as required.
• Handle sanitizing chemicals such as acids and alkalis safely.
• Complete additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb regularly.
• Capable of working in temperate or refrigerated environments.
• Experience in production or warehousing is an asset but not required.
• Quick learner, self‑motivated and able to work well in a team.

Required skills

• Operation of electric pallet jack.
• Operation of counterbalance forklift.
• Operation of high‑reach forklift.
• Operation of clamp truck.
