Manager, Business Enablement

About the role

The Manager, Business Enablement acts as a hands‑on, cross‑functional partner translating organizational priorities into practical solutions. Working within the Organizational Alignment function, this role connects Operations, business stakeholders, technology teams, and support functions to improve how work gets done across field and support‑office teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and support‑office stakeholders to identify needs, define measurable outcomes, and capture clear business requirements.
• Lead discovery activities such as stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews, producing artifacts like business requirements documents, user stories, and process flows.
• Document and analyze current‑state and future‑state processes using maps, workflows, and swim‑lane diagrams, identifying bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Facilitate resolution of gaps, conflicting requirements, and dependencies, acting as a bridge between business and technology teams.
• Design practical future‑state processes that clarify roles, handoffs, decision points, and expected outcomes, and recommend standardization and workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and organizational readiness.
• Ability to lead initiatives independently and influence cross‑functional teams without formal authority.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on translating ambiguous problems into structured solutions.
