Lead Consultant – Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Lead Consultant to design, implement and support the Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll module for Canadian public‑sector clients. Based in Mississauga, Ontario, you will guide end‑to‑end delivery, from solution design through go‑live and post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll, ensuring compliance with Canadian labour and pension regulations.
• Drive integration of Payroll with Absence Management and OTL modules, and oversee data migration and reporting requirements.
• Conduct system integration testing, support user‑acceptance testing and manage payroll parallel reconciliation (PPR) activities.
• Provide hyper‑care support after go‑live and act as the primary technical liaison for client stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear business insights for functional, technical and senior management audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
• Minimum 12 years of experience leading Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations for Canadian public‑sector clients.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll, pension and labour legislation.
• Ability to work onsite in Mississauga and travel across Canada as needed.
• Eligibility to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
