About the role
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the daily operations of Restaurant Chez Harry in Québec. The role involves overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality standards, and managing staff schedules across morning, evening and weekend shifts. You will be responsible for maintaining health and safety standards, coordinating inventory, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Required profile
- At least 5 years of experience managing a kitchen or food‑service operation.
- Secondary school graduation certificate (high school diploma).
