General Duty Cleaner

About the role

Commercial Cleaning Services is looking for detail‑oriented individuals who take pride in delivering high‑quality results. As a General Duty Cleaner you will help create cleaner, healthier spaces in schools, offices, retail sites and other facilities across Ontario.

Key responsibilities

• Provide complete janitorial services by dusting, mopping and sweeping floors and surfaces.
• Sanitize and disinfect surfaces to keep facilities safe and healthy.
• Collect and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures.
• Clean common areas, entrances, stairwells and restrooms.
• Learn and apply industry‑leading cleaning techniques for consistent high‑quality outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing clients’ unique needs.
• Contribute to the company’s value‑building and smart‑cleaning initiatives.

Required profile

• Ability to adapt and learn new skills.
• Successful police background check.
