FP&A Manager – Commercial Finance (Canada)

About the role

Armstrong Fluid Technology is seeking an FP&A Manager to support its fast‑growing Canada sales organization. The role will drive sales performance reporting, incentive compensation processes, and provide commercial leadership with robust analytics, planning and business partnering.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales and key account teams to deliver actionable insights on orders, margins and commercial performance.
• Track and model sales incentive plans, commission calculations and rebate accruals across verticals, channels and sales reps.
• Lead monthly and quarterly P&L forecasting for the Canada commercial business, including revenue, margin and selling expenses.
• Drive the annual budgeting process for commercial functions such as headcount, T&E and incentive plans.
• Own and publish weekly KPIs and dashboards for sales leadership, and prepare executive‑ready analysis for Monthly Business Reviews.
• Maintain accurate sales hierarchies and improve data governance in coordination with sales operations and IT.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong business acumen supporting commercial or sales teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with senior stakeholder experience.
• Self‑starter with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems such as INFOR LN.
• Proficiency in planning tools like Prophix and Power BI.
• Ability to work with large data sets and data visualization.
