Founding Product Manager – Early‑Stage SaaS

About the role

Reflow is building a workforce and workflow intelligence platform. As a founding Product Manager you will own the end‑to‑end product process, from strategy through delivery, in a fast‑moving early‑stage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define product direction, roadmap and prioritisation, balancing customer value, speed and technical constraints.
• Translate ambiguous goals into clear problems, scopes and shipped solutions.
• Drive planning, sequencing and timelines with engineering, manage dependencies and keep delivery on track.
• Own release planning, testing, roll‑outs and post‑launch learning.
• Stay close to customers: conduct discovery, validation, onboarding and support, turning feedback into product priorities.
• Establish lightweight processes for roadmap, prioritisation and execution that increase speed without adding bureaucracy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, including time at a very early‑stage startup.
• Former founder, founding PM or first/early product hire strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to ship real products in ambiguous, resource‑constrained environments.
• Comfortable owning execution details and making fast decisions.
• Strong technical and product judgement that engineers trust.
