About the role
We are seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead the daily operations of our restaurant in McMasterville. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including setting work schedules.
- Train new and existing staff members.
- Organize and maintain inventory of food and supplies.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Provide high‑quality customer service throughout the dining experience.
Required profile
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in restaurant or dining room management.
- No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Availability for early morning, evening, flexible, and day shifts.
