About the role
The Digital Assets Operations Associate administers the review, signing and validation of digital asset transactions, ensuring security and efficiency in the company’s custody operations. This role works closely with compliance to meet regulatory and internal policy requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Administer the process of reviewing, moving and validating digital asset transactions.
- Ensure all digital asset transactions follow company and regulator requirements.
- Monitor digital asset transactions for suspicious activity and investigate discrepancies.
- Manage onboarding of new counterparties (exchanges, custodians, trading desks) while ensuring KYC/AML compliance.
Required profile
- Familiarity with crypto technologies and processes.
- Operations experience in traditional finance or custodial services is an asset.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Adaptable, organized, and able to perform well under pressure.
